Dial knob plug on version

This is a rework of only the knob of the original work from CemK (@user_725717645). This knob can just be plugged over the original knob. No disassembly of the machine necessary. And for me it looks nicer this way also without the additional housing as you can see on the photos.The 3mf file contains two versions of the knob. The left one has inner diameter 23.95 mm, the right one has 24.00 mm.Normally the 24 mm version should fit best (also attached as STL). The other one is a bit tighter to fit.
