my latest update on the 3d printed air pump, and this one also pumps water .
This seams to be almost 100% improvement over the piston air compressor and is much easier to assemble and print . It still requires the gaskets and reed valves be cut as well as the diaphragm . makes about 0.44 cfm and about 2-3 psi
the head gaskets / reeds are 40mm
and the diaphragm is 60mm
requires
4pc m3x16 scews
3-8 m4 x 10 screws( 3 seams to seal the housing decently )
motor mounts have a few options hdd, 80mm fan , brushed general
2 rods available one with and one without bearings
