No more faces flying around when playing Dice Forge !
Most of the solutions I could find around were just levers, leading to faces flying off when pried and eventually uneven wear of the dice faces. Meanwhile the provided "solution" that comes with the game ends up scoring the dice faces and leaving dents on face corners.
Looking for a better alternative and wanting to preserve my game I decided to make my own face popper for Dice Forge die.
Its basically a modified set of tweezers, just align the tip with the gap on the sides of the faces and push them in.
Their own shape will make them slide into the gap, after that just push the pliers in order to grip the face. That motion by itself sometimes releases the face, if they don't come loose just lightly pull the face off.
Besides providing a better grip the tweezers distinct shape gives them enough height so that you can align the gaps on dice by simply setting it on a flat surface, then just push them in and they shoul
