Print parts and glue them togrther. After you can paint it .
Print 12 pillars and 12 ring parts.
In cura you can also change you ratio for the bell. The bell was design in smaller known version

Speed: 60m/s
Infil: 20%
Table temp: 60deg
Extruder temp: 205 deg
Nozzle: 0,4mm
