Dilgar Mankhat cruiser from the Babylon 5 EU.
A really cool ship from the Dilgar Faction in the Babylon 5 table top game. not a lot of background on this one but I'll update what i can later. It appears to be a Missile destroyer or cruiser.
Some good background on the war.
