Dillon SHell/Bullet Feeder Top Mount

based on @Andrewroks shell/bullet feeders. i printed one for each, but the Dillon post was getting a bit crowded, so i made this to fit onto the topmost part of the Dillon 750 upright post.

there is a hole in the base i made for a heat insert to clamp down, but its pretty snug without.
