Designed in 3 pieces, this din rail stand can be used assembled or disassembled.
Features and parts:
Print file is: 184x184x25mm
Assembled size (2 full prints and 12 inch aluminum rails installed) is: 303x250x305mm
Designed for aluminum din rail with the small rail on the bottom for a friction fit (see photos)
Din rail example here: https://a.co/d/jlyEOHW
Designed to use M3 threaded inserts for plastic and M3 hex screws 8 to 12 mm long and a washer
These are the inserts I used: https://a.co/d/c1LOm9X
Printed on an Ender 3 Pro with AnyCubic PLA in bright white.
Printed with a brim (don't do this for PLA, what a pain for no gain lol) at 205 °C nozzle and 45 °C plate.
This is a work in progress!
There are many improvements that need to be made to simplify and improve assembly and appearance. If you do print this, definitely chamfer the edges where you are to insert the din rail as insertion is probably not gonna happen otherwise. I had to do it manually with a knife so, be warned. I
