Dipole wire bending tool

Customizable wire bending tool.
I made it for easy-er construction of a dipole for thing 5965880
Published stl files are for AL-MG 3.2mm diameter welding wire and dipole radius 20mm.

When customizing please adjust:
dipole_rod_diameter -> Diameter of wire dipole is made of
dipole_radius -> Dipole R
adjust_bend_radius -> actual tool bending r is a little bit smaller from desired r. Provided correction value was determined experimentally for aluminum - magnesium 3.2mm welding wire I used. Your result may differ.

Please note, that changing print_tolerances will also affect actual tool bend radius.

Should be able to print it with no supports.
