Dirae 1

This is a model of a Dirae - a character from my book Ouroboros. I've tried to model it as a single piece print but the design is far from ideal for that. (There are also some subtle differences between the photo's, digital image and the model as I eventually gave up trying to correct the errors in the Blender model and remade the whole body from scratch. Plus my physical copy had separate legs but it was a real pain to glue them accurately into a good supporting position.)
I've slightly enlarged the base model and added a small version. Besides the overall size reduction this version has greatly reduced hollows in the leg segments. I'm still trying it out but this should help produce a solid print.
It will need support and I'd recommend a thickish wall and good infil. (The body has a hollow to save filament and weight.)
