Direct Drive Shelf

This is an adapter for this ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2099577 ) carriage. I was having an issue finding a direct drive carriage that also had a mount for an 18mm sensor( I'm using and adapted version of this one: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:875241 ) that was placed properly for auto leveling(most put the sensor too far forward or to the right resulting in the sensor being off the build plate suring part of the calibration).


you will need:
4 - M4x.7x55 screws to mount to the bushings(the screws in the photo are 60mm, they are too long)
M4x.7x30 to mount the extruder to the shelf.
M4 washers

You may also like PTFE tube and a PC4-M6 Fitting(you can screw this directly into the plastic) to guide the filament into the hotend
