Disassemblable Poker Chip Tray/Rack

About the Design

My 3D printable chip rack for blackjack games with friends. 6 Columns with each holding about 25 chips, depending on slight thickness differences between brands.

Assembly is straightforward and requires no tools. The instructions are provided below, under "Assembly Instructions"

Note that in the picture with the chips, there are 9 columns of chips in a 6+3 columns setup. The print bed size limits how long the ribs and end stops can be, thus I settled on 6.

For the shown 6 Column design:
6C_Legs ------- 12
6C_Ribs --------- 2
6C_EndStop --- 2

Note: 6C_Legs are symmetrical, so they act as both left and right sides of each column, but if not careful, it is possible to incorrectly install them flipped.

Any material with any infill should be fine, I used PLA at 10% infill. I suspect that higher infill will lead to stiffer parts which make slightly d
