I buy these disconnect switches at McMaster Carr:

In the first picture the original parts are in the middle. Same with the second picture. The third picture shows my printed parts fitting into the original parts. I didn't have any red filament so I printed them black and yellow.
People run things into the housings and break them. I can't buy just the plastic operator and housing, I have to buy the whole switch assembly so I thought I would print my own operator and housing. They are close enough so they are interchangeable with the original parts. There is a 6mm square hole in the operator that a 6mm square shaft fits into. I did not add a tapered corner to this square hole, so I can orientate the square shaft however I want.
