Dishwasher Axle

Axle for Kenmore Elite bottom rack wheel assembly. This axle stays in place, unlike the original parts after a few years.

The axle is not a full circle, so that it can print without supports with the grain going along the axis for strength. Print with ABS or PETG for high-temperature strength.

I've used this design for a week so far, and it seems to be holding up to the rigors of the dishwasher.
