A disk harrow is a farming tool, or implementation that is basically used to break up crop residue and to stir up the soil using rows of bladed and angled disks , allowing for the planting of new batches. With list of problems: • Harrows Dig Too Deep • Uneven Rows • Discs Are Loose • Discs Need Grease • Angles of discs need to be modified manually by the tractor operator. • Process to calibrate angles is time consuming and considered a waste. Modification: To fix the issue of the manual angle calibration, we added 4 hydraulic cylinders to each corner of the frame of the Harrow, and one additional cylinder to the tire frames. Each cylinder connects the disk holder beam , with the gang, which all of the blades are attached to and its movement allows for easier and swifter adjustments of the angles.
