Disney Infinity Hex Disc Cart (Stackable)

A teardown and remake of my earlier Hex disc holder. I decided not to place these on modular shelving on my wall, but instead after acquiring a glass showcase from a friend to make them stackable. I will be re-doing the round-disc holder the same eventually and also provide the appropriate 'mix' for the remainder discs as each one of these holds aproximately 37 discs (depending on how well your printer is calibrated. Mine still isn't exactly tuned so I typically scale my prints by 102% for precise parts like printer frame braces etc when printing PLA which shrinks a bit.

Printed in PLA so far and with 10% infill no issues. This doesn't need supports and took me roughly 10 hours to print on a 0.4 nozzle and 2700mm/min (I have an unheated PEI bed and I use Elmer's water soluable gluestick glue to stick more easily for the larger prints. So far it's reduced peeling/lifting by a failure rate of as low as 10%
