I designed a diy aeroponic cloner.
The 3D printed manifold can be used with the M6 Gardena micro-drip nozzles, available in different models, the 360° nozzle gave a good result.
I started with a 800 L/hr circulation pump but I replaced it with a 2000L/hr pump. The 3D printed manifold (made of PLA) cracked at the nozzle. I think that PET-G is more resistant to the salts in the nutrient solution.)
*After some testing I decided to eliminate the 3D printed manifold and use Gardena Micro-drip pipe and fittings with 6 180° nozzles.
The Aero-lid-squares part can be mounted with 4 M4x 25mm screws.
To cut the clone collars I have designed the part; Foamcutter
You can mount 4x Stanley 1992 (61mm blades) it cuts square clone collars out of 10mm foam/rubber. It is a prototype and under construction.
Part; Propagation Mount can be used to make a humidity dome from a 22L transparent Ikea Samla box. The part need to be printed 4x (2x mirrored)
