Car alignments can be expensive and if you are into motorsports at all it can be even more expensive to get the custom specs you are looking for. In actuality, aligning your car isn't all that difficult of a process to do in your garage. There are a few tools out there like this but all run from 500-1000 bucks. Are they better then my DIY version? Yes. but! you will save lots of money this way and this works just fine.
You will need to print out 4 of everything. The alignment blocks have a left and right, but all the other parts are interchangeable per side. You will need 3/4 OD square tubing (i suggest aluminum) and 1in OD round tubing of some kind. I used poles from wire shelving - https://www.uline.com/Grp_718/Wire-Shelving-Posts but you are free to use whatever you want that fits that OD. The holes for the set screws will need to be tapped. I used M8x1.25 cause it's super common, but use whatever you want for the set screws. For the aluminum square tubing, I used some from Home D
