I use gyroid infill for each part. Make sure the 16T pulley is printed with lots of walls for strength.
The 104T pulley can be printed with 2 walls and decently high infill.
The battery case is designed for a 12s6p made of 21700 5000mAh batteries.
The vesc is a Flipsky vesc6 with a heat sink from Banggood.
The motor is 8318 Brushless motor from Aliexpress.
The tensioner has 3 6x19x6 ball bearings supported by the shaft.
The 16T Pulley has a metal guard cut from an old baking tray. There's an M5 bolt going through it.
All the bolts are M2, M3, M4 and M5.
