i had some of those patchbox /dev/mount/ rack studs but ran out of them. They are expensive, so i designed a cheap alternative for them… you only need two DIN 933 HEX Head screws and two connecting nuts. Both in M6. its a press fit, so i cant guarantee that it will fit your rails.
