This is the complete case for the DIY Multiprotocol Module that basically supports all Protocols out there today.

If you want to build one of these great modules yourself, you can find extensive information here http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2165676

Now some information on how and this got together:
1. The back is a modified version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:418883
The original didn't fit too well with my custom top so I edited it a bit to fit 2.5-3mm screws on the top.
2. The top is a composed version of what was posted on the DIY Multiprotocol module thread. As I'm printing in PLA, there's not much glueing together that I can do, so I've assembled it before printing and printed it with supports and it turned out great!

Edit:
Added version2 that fits stock screws better and fits the PCB board better
