Hello friends I have made a 2D wire bending machine based on arduino micro controller, this small machine bending 1sq mm brass wire.
Mostly parts are 3d printed on my tevo tarantula printer.
Firstly wire will passed from a wire straining mechanism then it will be pulled by a 3d printer filament pusher mechanism driven by a stepper motor.
then a wire guider feed wire further and a bender arm mount on shaft of other stepper motor bends the wire.
currently in this version of code I have program five basic shapes, those shape can be selected from serial monitor and sizes also can be user define.
