DKLR Cup and Plate

DLKR Pick Cup, to fit Delkor compensator 20193025. This is a two part piece. Make sure you download and print both the Cup and Plate The pick cup is the approximate same size and fit as Delkor the pick head vacuum cup 20205536 but is more durable. Drawn by me and beefed up at know failure points. Certain bagged contents were causing breakage of manufacturer’s part (which manu part is a good part but does not work for certain circumstances) so I decided to beef up break points and add more rigidity since they were not quite understanding the needs and desires. Pictures are of the first prototype so it is a little rough looking. The tested part has worked for over 8 months of almost constant seven days a week usage, held up, and is still in use. The original manufacturer part was not lasting for more than a few months, sometimes only weeks, with certain bagged products. This solves the issue of those break points encountered.
