An enclosure for DL24MP programmable load. Printed on Ender 5 pro with 0.2mm nozzle and 0.19mm layer height. Requires m3 nuts and screws. To mount the top cover tighten the screws at the back first (the nuts at front have an intentional play to accommodate inaccuracies).
Materials:
4x flathead (countersunk) M3 screws for fastening the top to the bottom (about 10mm in total length is more than enough)
4x pan head or similar M3 screws for fastening PCB to the bottom (about 8mm of thread length is fine)
8x M3 nut
optional rubber feet
The panel is pressure fit, no glue needed.
IMPORTANT: This is for low profile version, the ones with bigger heat sink and fan ( DL24M ) will not fit. See the photo for reference.
Also, make sure the metal nut that is placed directly under the PCB do not short anything, it may be a good idea to put a small piece of insulating tape just in case.
