"Do Nothing Machine" shuttle with spacer

This puts a spacer between the base and the arm which makes it a LOT smoother to turn/spin because its much harder for the arm to get stuck at one of the "ends" of the base. This is also compatible with the "Do Nothing Machine Caps" by CoachRope (These: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5319759) since i highered the shaft of the shuttle a bit. This is highly recommended by me, since without them, the arm can still easily get stuck if it moves up to much on the shaft of a shuttle.
