This 3D printed Dobby ears headband was designed for our family’s Harry Potter day costume. It features detailed, textured ears and a comfortable band. We created two ear positions: one set lower to align with the wearer’s natural ears and one set higher like a traditional headband. It also comes in two sizes—kid and adult—for a better fit. Your support keeps the magic (and the filament) flowing. Help a maker out and keep the wizarding world alive—one print at a time!The supports are challenging to remove. I found it easiest right after the print finished, or by using support-specific material like Bambu Labs PLA support.
