Docteur Pilule inserts that fit into original box insert.
A space for an hourglass (not included in the box) have been created.
You can use them to directly draw cards.
Technically, the "pills" part can handle the expansion (included only 54 new pill cards) but i have not tested yet.
EDIT : i tested it and the expansion suits perfectly !
