dodge ram tank vent

this is a fuel tank vent i made for my 95 ram 3500 diesel, my truck exhibited stalling and hard starting from too much vacuum in the tank caused by a faulty vent, i could not find one locally so i decided to print my own. it will stop any hissing you have when opening the fuel cap. this is poorly made as im not great with cad but seems to work fine on my truck, i no longer have issues with vacuum. there are a couple baffles inside of it to minimize diesel from splashing out, but wont entirely prevent it. i printed mine out of petg with 100% walls at a slower speed so strength was prioritized and petg should hold up well against the diesel.it is a tight fit in the rubber grommet, grease/oil recommended for install. the hose outlet is sized for a 3/8" fuel line. use at your own risk, this has not been extensively tested, and you accept all responsibility for any issues or complications from install and use of this part.
