Dog Collar Keeper

My wife recently bought our 75lb German Shepherd dog a new collar. I'm not sure what size of dog this collar was made for, but it could probably function as a belt for an average sized person. It has plenty of holes for accommodating a range of animals, but with it fitted to Hannah, our 75lb dog, there was so much extra material sticking out off to the side that it gave our smaller dog, a Siberian Husky, something to grab while they play, which was of course problematic.

It's a really nice collar with steel reinforced grommets as eyelets for the buckle and I didn't want to cut it, so I instead made this quick little fix.
