Dog Front Arm Brace

I needed a brace/splint for my German Shepherd, the vet didn't have one big enough, so I designed one that would fit her much better. As she has arthritis, the idea was to restrict the motion of the carpal joint so it could heal.

You may need to adjust the size to your dog. I recommend wrapping with gauze to make a more snug fit, then wrapping with an Ace bandage to keep the brace in place.

By default, the hinges are 3mm ID, I used a stripped coat hanger as the pins to secure it. Adjusting the size of the print will obviously adjust the size of the holes, plan accordingly.
