A handle for dog training dummies like these. Attach the handle to anything, you like to throw. For durability, recommended to print in PETG. Make sure, you put the rope / paracord through the center hole from left to right. At the right hand side, make a knot, small enough to disappear into the handle but big enough to not slip through!
