The original (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4545062) is awesome, but I needed to make room for the other expansions, including those that were Kickstarter exclusive. The files here are ONLY those that I modified - get the others from the original. I've added "_mw" to the filename to make it clear which files I changed.
Small Cards: I moved the internal walls around to make room for Dynasties and Silk Road expansions. All the Silk Road pieces (except the "loops") go here.
Tech Cards: increased the depth of the left-most section a bit to hold the extra Level 1 Tech cards. Outside dimensions left the same.
Tech Limits and Markers: shrunk by 2% to better fit my boards. YMMV.
Small Monuments: corrected label error. Original had Forum listed twice, and missing Grand Market. No dimensions changed.
Trade Routes (new file): just a box sized to hold the Trade Route loops from Silk Road.
Finally, I just place the Capitals tokens in with the big monuments and the Captial Tec
