Meditation Indicator ☯️🧘Anyone who meditates has probably experienced this: you’re in deep focus, and suddenly the door opens, pulling you out of your moment of calm. That gave me the idea to design something for the home to easily indicate whether you’re meditating. A simple door hanger? A great solution.. but I wanted to challenge myself!So, I set out to create something both functional and symbolic, something that communicates, in a subtle and stylish way, that you need a moment for yourself. The result?A minimalist meditation indicator that hangs above the door handle. By sliding the mechanism, the Yin-Yang symbol is revealed. For me, this symbol perfectly represents meditation, with its focus on balance and tranquility. AssemblyThe design can be mounted using the existing door hardware. I used a small droplet of glue to secure the ‘’point'' to the ‘’backplate''. It’s important to note that this design may not fit most door handles. However, the door handles in my
