Door Hinge Template - with Spacers

This is a template to use to create recesses for door hinges using a rouyter bit thats half inch or 12.7mm in size.
Part1 and Part 2 are printed separately on a 235x235 diagonal print bed , and align together with the pins and holes. These can be glued or left loose and clipped together when ready to be clamped to the door.
The router this is modelled for is a Dewalt cordless with base plate clearance of 45mm from the edge of the router bit to the edge of the base plate..
The dafault hinge size of the template for is 100mm hinge, but there are spacers included for additional hinge sizes which are clipped on the edge of the template.
Suggest printing each pair in different colours to ensure you clip the same size each time.
