To keep thos pesky doors or windows open, with possibilities of a peg to block it.
Not a safety lock!!!!
just to keep doors and windows open in old houses with croocked doors and walls etc.

This will NOT keep a child out or in, it will ONLY hold the door/window from moving by it self.
