This is a door stop with retainer. The two parts are the base and the dome with the retainer.
Use double-sided adhesive tape to stick the base to the floor.
Print it preferably without supports, no need of Raft, I use only skirt. At 20% infill, and 60 mm/s speed, it takes around 50 minutes on my Anet A8.
