Just a simple little sign that says
DOORBELL BROKEN - YELL "DING DONG" REALLY LOUD
It's meant as a practical joke because anyone with common sense would just knock on the door if the doorbell was broken.
It's a small sign measuring only 73 mm x 30 mm x 1.6 mm but can be scaled up if you want.
Updated 2019-08-21: Added a second version where the words are all aligned vertically. The dimensions are 50 mm x 58.5 mm x 1.6 mm.
