Double Bottle Cage Mount

When bikepacking with a frame bag the usual mount points for bottle cages cannot be used. This adapter provides mount points for two bottle cages to be mounted on both sides of the frame bag. It consists of three parts - the two halves of the case and a rubber band that is placed between the case and the frame. Two adapters are needed as well as 4 bolts M5x10, 2 bolts M4x16, 4 hex nuts M5 and 2 nuts M4. The latter are either normal hexagon nuts or square nuts. The square nuts must be installed during the printing process, while the hex nuts can be inserted afterwards.

The cage mount is customized for a Salsa Fargo Ti down tube (44 mm) but can be parameterized for any tube diameter. I used ASA for the case. PETG should work too. The rubber band was printed with Filaflex, using "avoid crossing perimeters" slicer set-up.
