Double Deck Chair

All pieces were milled with the MaslowCNC. The majority off the parts was milled without clearance and the interlocking parts fit together without heavy sanding. Some "Corner" parts had to be remilled and then I added a clearance of 0.25mm. With that it fit perfectly.

Material:
- OSB 15 x 675 x 2050mm: 4 pieces are fine when you cut the "Center" into half ("Center_1" and "Center_2")
- Roof batten 18 x 40 x 2500mm: 16 pieces (for the second attempt I would go for thicker material)
- Foam rubber 3 x 15 x 6000mm
- Some screws and perhaps a "Drill-Jig"
