Double hook

My wife asked me to find a way to hang an object in her closet. Initially, I thought about designing both hooks in the same direction, but since I wasn't sure if she would be able to hang the object in the same direction as the large hook, I decided to design the small one to be rotatable, allowing the angle to be adjusted in the best possible way.
