Double sail pulley

Double sail pulley used to adjust outhaul on the fly.

It uses a M6 TFHC 42mm long screw as well as nylstop nut and two M6 large washers, you can also use a CHC hex bolt, in this case print 2 off Nut Side Flange part and discard the TFHC Bolt Side Flange.

Note: I have not made conical insert as seen on Chinook model so as to provide the largest possible contact with the sail hole. Therefore for this thing to fit the clew hole should be 14mm diameter by 12mm long as on most sails.
