Double Switch Plate Left Side Down

This plate was designed to replace the previous plate which was a standard double switch plate, with duct tape holding the left side down because I changed the overhead from a light/fan to just a light. It's a short term solution until we have an electrician come in and check my work, and do what needs to be done to the wire that's still there.
