Double-threaded A/C 5-inch vent pipe joint

I wanted to re-use an old air conditioner in an inner room with no direct window, but the vent pipe didn't reach the hole in the wall. I found an even older 5-inch pipe which seemed perfect, except it's threaded in the opposite direction.
Quick solution: I took andreq's connector (thanks!) and mirrored half of it.
