I got the idea thinking how I haven't tried making a good thin crust pizza at home yet. I remember at the pizza place I worked at long ago they used a roller to form fit the dough to a pan and then the docker to puncture and assure a nice clean rise/look. Open to ideas on the design, I think it *should* be as simple as print 2 of whatever roller type you want and glue together. Then print a handle and fit one end, and gently push the other end into place.

I scaled my first print of it (pictured) down a little to test, and so far I can confirm the model needs a couple changes. The spikes are longer on one side than the other (not sure how I did that) and I need to add another 2 planes of spikes at 45 degree angles since it seems to catch a little if not spinning freely. That said, it works as-is and I'll find time to update it at some point.

Enjoy, and let me know what you think.
