Doweling Jig based on the Jessem (Metric)
For 6, 8 and 10mm drills (or as required)
3mm incremental slider adjustments
Not intended to be 3D Printed.
NB. Design will not produce a final usable product on its own! Additional work IS required!
There are specific features 'missing' from the designs as those were manually added during the building process.
There was no budget assigned to this project and should not be attempted just to save 'a buck'. It would be considerably more cheaper to just purchase a original branded product.
Made using 6061 Aluminium, Brass, Stainless Steel Bolts, Steel Ruler, Acrylic, Magnets and various bolts.
Made as a gift on request of family member and to learn multiple aspects of design and manufacturing toolpaths.
Has been in successful practical use for about 2 years.
