This is a replacement button and cap insert for the DPS Centurion Gaming Chair found at Costco.

After extended use, these parts can break from pressure on the armrest.

Printing these parts face down requires fewer supports. However, the layer lines make it more likely to shear again. I've found especially printing the button replacement on its side gives it the most strength.

To fix the arm adjustment mechanism, you'll need (1) the original screw that holds the cap insert to the button and (2) the compression spring that seats between the button and the chair's arm.

Push the cap into the interior hole in the armrest (the side facing the seat) and insert the new button and spring in the opposite end. Ensure each piece is aligned with the cutouts. Press the button and cap together and tighten them down with the screw.

Let me know if this helped you!
