Zenō
Zenō (全王) is known as the king of all universes, ranking above all other mortals and deities in the Dragon Ball canon. Depicted as a childlike humanoid figure, Zenō has the power to erase entire universes from existence at his will. First appearing after the tournament between Universes 6 and 7, Zenō is treated with utmost reverence and fear by the other gods and mortals, with one exception being Goku, whom he befriends. Part of the caution others have around Zenō comes from the fact that he acts and behaves like a child, destroying entire planets and universes out of amusement or dismay. An instance of Zenō from an alternate timeline called Future Zenō (未来の全王 Mirai no Zenō) accompanies Goku back to the present after he erases the entire existence where he lived to destroy Zamasu, becoming a friend of his counterpart.

掌管全12個宇宙的神，被比魯斯尊稱最高神祇，維斯表示沒有神的地位比全王更高，辛恩表示任何人無法擊敗全王，外表和說話語氣都像小孩，句尾是「のね」。本身不戰鬥，擁有能力「契言」與「失格」，本人純潔卻潛藏著恐怖，可憑一支詞句決定任何事物，並將任何能量物質無效化。過去曾有18個宇宙，其中6個宇宙因觸怒了全王而被瞬間消滅
