The Dragon Eye from How To Train Your Dragon: Race to the Edge!
Includes lenses, Snow Wraith Tooth, and all parts.
It is intended to actually work once put together, if you decide to put plastic in the lenses. That's what the "plastic lens" is for.
The one from the pictures is 12 inches long, and if you want it to be the same size, here are the sizes of each piece in mm:
