Description:
Personal / experimental project: from zero in Blender to a printable STL, following an AI-assisted workflow.
The goal was to learn the full pipeline (generation → cleanup → edits → print testing) and deliver an FDM-ready file.
Workflow:
• ChatGPT: tutoring and troubleshooting
• 3D base: MakerLab (Bambu Studio) Image-to-3D (Tencent Hunyuan)
• Blender: cleanup and adjustments (learning from scratch)
• Fusion 360: Flexi Cutter edit +flexi cutter wing customization
Files:
• Final STL (optimized, ~6.3 MB)
• 3MF with orientation and settings
Print instructions:
• Nozzle: 0.4 mm
• Layer height: 0.20 mm
• Perimeters: 2–3
• Infill: 10–15%
Supports: no required
Internal wing supports note: there’s a small vertical support on the wing mounts. Just flex the wings gently and it will break off on first movement.
