I created this after seeing a rendition of it done by another artist. I wanted to go back to the original source material (https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/art/medieval-inspired-dragon-door) and take a crack at it. I was able to keep the entire design, as well as adding an indent into the back for potential unevenness in walls and gang boxes. I also added a touch of additional thickness for durability. I HIGHLY recommend using standard supports under the indent instead of trees, but none at all are needed on the rest of the model. I went a little overboard and created four different versions: Flat back, with indent, two separate pieces that can be glued together (if you wanted to avoid dealing with supports), and finally one that has small support pieces within the indent for added support when tightening them down. I used the “octogram” pattern for the top surface to get the added texture, but use whatever you prefer of course. The models in the pictures were printed at a layer height of .2, but could easily be brought down to increase detail. The original frame I used can be found here: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/art/medieval-inspired-dragon-door outlet dragon light switch cover castle forest
