Uploading So that people can try it out. This is a work in progress for custom armor that I am making. I use 4 inch zip ties to secure the scales together.

On the first picture it is scaled to 50% the middle is 75% and the left is 100% The set of armor in the picture is at 50% scale.

Which 3D printer is suitable for Dragon scale?
